I do NOT Scam- HELP

I am being accused of scamming some kid of an account i sold him, i have been very patient and helpful with the person and my account has been limited due to his report, he has no valid proof nor did i do it. I can show conversations that he left out of me giving him my phone number and sitting here talking to him for hours about whatever happened. He kept asking for my personal information which is disturbing because he was kind of an edgy guy but i kept trying to help, please have a moderator talk to me about this situation.
