    USPS Problem

I ordered something from forever 21, a couple sweaters and a scarf. I didn't get the package even though it says it was delivered. I went to my local post office and the supervisor said that I would need to make a claim in order to have forever 21 send me another package if the investigation goes through successfully. The first thing I do is go home and try to make an online claim, but apparently my tracking is not eligible for such thing. So I end up calling like 3 times and they have me on hold for 10 minutes at a time and I just give up. It's like they want you to forget about not getting your stuff and move on which is fucking ridiculous...

I'll keep calling because I have 60 days until I can't make a claim anymore.. Has anyone ever had a similar problem?

    Have you tried e-mailing them?

I'm positive they would tell me to file a claim on the phone and wait it out.

If there's one locally, go to it with proof of purchase and tell them about your situation. Ask to speak to a manager and everything should be worked out. If they tell you to file a claim, tell them to help you do it right there in the store. Always better to talk to faces rather than a microphone.

I went to my local post office 3 or so times about it. I spoke to the supervisor (manager) and I gave him the tracking number and my cell to call me. He called and gave me instructions. I don't think it would be in my favor to go there and ask for help about the issue unfortunately. The people working at my local post office are not those type of people.

I actually recommend you try it, as some companies can actually deal with refunds and such through their e-mail. You'd be surprised.
