u banned me for ban evading?

i was banned on "Discharge41" for ban evading... for my old acc "Hi_im_Owl" which i assume got banned sometime. however well b4 it musta been banned or even reported.. i reported it stolen and never got a response back from any mod/admin.. despite that i posted twice asking for help about it. so now im banned for the lack of help on here?

check hi im owl. check that i reported it stolen so long ago. and check ips on hi im owl and everythign it wasn't bloody me... jesus just look please...
