B.o.B - Thoughts?

I heard a song from him on NBA 10, and then he exploded soon after. I think he's a decent rapper. He reminds me of 2pac. For me, he's a mix of Eminem and 2pac, but I still think he has a long way before we can compare him to either of those two.

Do you rate him?

 

No.

His music before he was B.o.B. wasn't that great. Now he relies on forced rhymes and hooks with pop-punk singers to make songs.

"I'll need a volunteer, how about you with the eyes" did him in.

 

Summed it up. 6 out of 10 for B.o.B.

So your saying that if when he made his debut, he is not entitled to improve? What a joke.

 

He's alright. The only songs of his I really like are Airplanes Parts 1 and 2 and Magic. I don't think he's anywhere near the likes of Eminem, etc.

I never said he is as good as slim, it's unfair to compare them. One has had about fifteen years, the other has had about three.

 

I like this song.

 

Changing your name and covering up your past entirely isn't improving. I would have recognized his improvement had he not thrown his past away and started 'fresh'.

 

Yeah hated his old stuff.. And from airplanes he only has a few good lyrics, but NOTHING compared to eminem etc. and only liked the paramore chick in airplanes at that..
