Usfine... Wtf?

So i order "RuneScape Equipment - Runescape Equipment Package 008" wich is basically a fire cape, and dragon claws on Aprial 03,2010. Everthing goes great.. they go the fire cape so far but they forgot one thing. When i ordered this i told them like 10 times over the chat room, and PHONE NOT to get any defence exp... and what do they do?

They got 45-50 def.. like 20exp till 51... this wouldn't matter much if it i was a main or low lvl'ed pure, but in this case i'm almost a maxed zerker. and 50def is just a killer. When i tryed talking to them about this.. "Helen" just keept on saying: "i asked the gamer to stop training your defence" like 10 times... and now there saying they didnt touch my def.. WTF? Then who did? There the only once that know my password.

 

it's not that bad tbh.. i'd consider a zerker up to 55, most do. It's a typical problem.

 

lately ive seen a couple of complaints about usfine i wouldnt trust em with my accounts but i dont think 5 more def lvls r tht bad but i understand y u r angry

 

Well i didnt ask for the def exp, and i dont like it. I talked to them again and they told me to come back in 5 hours because the "gamer manager" has to come...

Yesterday night my PayPal account for limited... so it opened a despute to usfine and a few other people, i go on usfine.org and trying to explane to them what happend and they told me "we understand" sound'ed kidna fish.. so i try logging into my account and the password was change, i talk to them again and they say "We dont change the password of our customers" like 5 times then they finnaly told me when everything is okay i'll get my account back... so if they have my account, and i never changed the password how are they going to give me it back? They fucking holding my account for randsome. So i said fuck it and just recovered back my account.. they didnt even do much on it any ways.. other then ruin my zerker and get the fire cape.. they said they got fire cape AND 15m fucking liers fuck you.

That's ridiculous, a zerker is specifically for the bracket 45-46.

55 is a neit pure.

I'd be absolutley raging and demand some kind of compensation.
Usfine can't really be trusted based on stuff like this.

 

USfine just scammed me.. I had 21m in bank. I ordered 18m. My original 21m is gone.. and all I have is 18m

 

I would ask them for a refund. getting defence on your account when you asked not to is pretty sad.

USFine is a bunch of scammers. Learn English or at least live in the country your selling your items in. Part of the problem is USfine can't speak English.

I have ordered 80m Gold Farming, and they have farmed 21m already in 6 days.

Yesterday I asked if I could check my account, they logged out and I could check everything.

And what... ? Everything was PERFECT! Security Details not changed, bank not changed, and they got my main to lvl 100

They just say that they didn't because they don't want to loose customers.
i'm 100% sure they did.
i asked 10 times something and they did it wrong aswell.
just get 55 defence and do neitiznot pure.

Well i just ordered another 30m rapid gold 20m + ( i already ordered about 100m off them) All the orders went fine, there on atm will post after there done 2morrow how it goes
