What is a Recovery Test?

I've seen this when browsing the account sales forums. Anybody care to explain?

 

Its when the buyer or a middleman recovers the account being sold with the info u provide him and check if it is a success, its to prevent accounts being taken back after being sold.

 

The seller provides you with the previous info and to check its validity the MM will attempt to recover the account with the given info.

 

The seller can still recover it with the recovery test details, although it's more of a just in case something happens kind of thing.

It's frustrating doing it as an MM I tell ya.
