    How can I do this? My parents won't let my link MY bank account with it, they don't think it is safe.

    How else can I get it verified? Can anybody help me with that?

    Just register under an Australian Paypal or a Canadian Paypal. You can send money back and forth without the need of a debit/credit card, but it won't be verified. I'm not exactly sure how you'll be withdrawing the money if you can't withdraw to your bank.

    Or you can go ahead and buy a Prepaid Visa card and link it to that.

    If it's just a little bit, you might as well forget about it and do as I suggested. Unless you can go to a local Walgreens/Wal-Mart and get yourself a Prepaid Visa.

    it is safe maybe your parents don't realize this but the little lock near the adress bar means the site has been verified by many people and besides I have had my bank account hooked up to it for a while now and nothing has happened.

    Paypal is one of the safest websites on the net today. Had bank account linked for years and no problems

    You can always try to use a VCC. A virtual credit card. I don't know what it exactly is or ever used it but i heard about it and you can verify your paypal instantly.

    Are you looking to have more money on your paypal also? Because I would just go buy a prepaid visa card if you live near a walmart/walgreens/office max etc. register it online on vanillavisa.com and then add that to the paypal.
