User Taraz refusing to pay

Explanation of the trade:
Taraz wanted to buy a private script worth $640 from me.
How they scammed:
Taraz is a known customer of me. When I still scripted on OSBot, he ordered 2 scripts from me before so there was not really a good reason to not trust me. These trades we communicated through Skype mostly.

I told him multiple times, even before our deadline that I wouldn't deliver and write all code of the script before receiving full the payment, especially after him not paying on the deadline we set up 4 days ago.
Proof that it's their Skype: The conversation went through Discord. However I have him on Skype as well. He wanted me to proof I was the real "The Undefeated" by sending him a message on his Skype.

He didnt finish it to the date he did say. Thats why i didnt pay. I dont gonna wait one more week. I got school and i get super duper tired so i just go to bed right after it. But i was ready to pay when we talked. But when he said he didnt even do tut island just other stuff then i didnt feel to pay for that. I ordered 2 scripts the same way i paid when it was done. But i know we had an agreement but 640$ is more than 200M. So i asked for my 50$ back and he said no. He didnt do much as we did talk about. I dont feel like posting screenshots u can either belive me or not. Thats up to you.

 

This is not what happened. The first script you ordered before was paid upfront and if you try to deny it, I can look for some proof. I would never ever (especially from a person who didn't order from me before, which was the case with you the first order) work on a script without me or a middleman being in possession of the payment so that's not true at all. We agreed on you paying me Tuesday. I have never mentioned a date the script should be done, I only gave you a rough estimate. I didn't want to make too much progress before I received the full payment, since if you didn't pay (what actually happened) I didn't just waste all my time for $50. After you broke our deadline, you decided first to try and break our agreement by saying you would pay me for every feature I made which I obviously refused. After you making multiple promises to pay me I obviously stopped working on the script after not receiving the payment, I'm not retarded. You're making it like my decisions are the cause of this, it are yours. If you actually paid on the deadline we agreed on, I would've been much further with the script and it could be possible I was done already. This is all you.

 

The second script i paid after some days but you was working on it. But this is not a scam. U didnt send me the script so no scam at all. You even got 50$ for nothing. So u the one who kinda scamming but im only the customer i cant say much i guess...

 

You paid it the day after and I only did some small things since I trusted you because you ordered a script from me earlier.

I have nothing else to say. You told me u would finish it within 7 days. But u didnt. So no payment

 

We agreed on you paying me the rest of the money within 5 days (proof). I told you it would take around 10 days to finish the script. This means it could be more than 10 days (proof). The script would never be done before the payment deadline, so saying you didn't pay because the script was not done is straight out nonsense. I told you, that I would not work on the script that much before receiving the full payment (proof). You broke your promise by not paying before the deadline. If you paid before the deadline, I had 7 more days to work on the script since I told you the script would take around 10 days to finish, not 7 days. Since you did not pay me before the deadline (or in the 3 days after the deadline), I stopped working on the script. I did not finish the script in around 10 days since you did not pay. No scripter or any person doing services would continue on the service without being paid on the deadline you agreed on so of course the script is not done. Saying you didn't pay since the script is not done is turning the tables. The script is not done since you didn't pay because that was our agreement, not the other way around.

 

@Pendulum User has read the message but does not respond. Is there anything you can do?

Yeah i told him that since i asked him if he gonna code it in those days. thats why i said that. But he didnt so i got another scripter that does it for me he will be done with it today

 

You can repay the user you hired to spend time on this script if you wish to return to Sythe.
