Requesting a TwC.

I was in need of an upgrade so I was browsing the upgrades section where I found a large thread, said to be selling 10m/month.
I went in, added the seller and had a little chat with him.

I find that everything he does is very sketchy, PBP is expensive as it is, let alone for 10M/upgrade, he switched to 14M/upgrade later on
Paying through phone, in brittain, will cost you $9,58 in dollars. Meaning he almost pays 1/1
He supposedly gets a new sim card every three upgrades sold.
Had 50 memberships in stock, when in reallity he only had two.
Got defensive when I called him on having a chinese MSN and living in the UK

I wouldl ike to see him with a TwC as something is going on here, though I can not yet put my finger on it.
