User KrapstauNosi Scammed Me

Hello mods, user KrapstauNosi has scammed me, I bought a zulrah ready main off him for 22$ on paypal, fast foward 3 days later the account was recovered when i had put 27m on it, so in total around 22usd and 27m osrs gp has been taken, I have already did a recovery on paypal now just wanting to make sure noone else gets scammed , please noone buy accounts off him. Claiming it wasnt him but saying to make a chargeback on paypal, waste people in this world. I can send mods proof of convo, Thank you get this scum off of here.
