    So I've seen in people's sigs it will say something like Vouches and it will be clickable, and when you click on it it takes you to their vouches. How do I do this?

    It's called hyperlinking an image.

    You find an image you want, insert it, then insert a link into it with [​IMG]

    So you would link the image in, then get the link to your vouch thread and then copy and paste that into the image itself. It's quite easy to do.
