    First, the demotions.

    DarkSpark has been demoted due to inactivity. However, he’s got a good reason - he has a kid. When everything stabilizes, he is welcome back.

    RiP CiTy has also been demoted due to inactivity. However, once he’s able to come back full time, he is also welcome back.

    SMI has become a GFX mod. Aside from the staff forums, those were really the only other forums he visited.

    Now, the promotions.

    Cheeter --> Global
    Viny --> Global

    Fouisgras --> Market
    WoW Sucks --> Market

    No, he didn't. Those were screens of someone using a new email spoofer that blocks out the "..." at the end, so it looks like it is his email.
