Why is he mod, he doesnt do shit!

Well, I don't think their is much wrong with him as a individual, but why is he a mod of something that does not exist? As far as I know, no steps have been made to even hit off this MMPORG, any staff correct me if I am wrong.

 

He's a GDM, what do you expect him too do?

 

Then demote him till the game is even may. If it is made. Also let the staff re-evaluate if he should be a mod then.

 

Finnis, he may do a lot of things but they are nearly all out of his section. If he really must be staff put him in a different staff position and wipe out the game dev mod completely.

 

Alright, let him infract anywhere. But why Game Dev. moderator? Why not Off-Topic or something?

 

Look at TJ, how many times has he banned him? Outside of dev mod section?

I'm not tryna mean anything harsh from what i'm about to say but if he only became active in the sythe mmorpg to go and mod the whole forum and infract. He may aswell be gmod.

The moderators could be biased if theyre close friends with that paticular member of staff.

How can finn be correct.

If his role is to help with a game, then he should do that. If there is no game however, he cannot do that. If he cannot do that then he cannot complete his job.

So his job is pointless, either demote him, or promote him.. Although he doesnt do enough to be promoted, hense why everyone exept the staff think he should be demoted.

And, if he's not liked - That hardly shines a good prospective on the site as a whole. Even though it is full of scammers, You should at least try your best to make it an 'alright' place.

 

From what I've seen, all the mods on Sythe are pretty responsible. Even if their decisions seem unfair or wrong, they were made for the right decisions. A right decision does not necessarily please everyone. I have this problem all the time as I am an Administrator on another site; just because you don't see him doing anything does not mean he's not, and when he makes a decision he is under no obligation to share his reasons with you. Mods shouldn't have to explain themselves to the rest of the community and usually their decision makes the community a better place.

People respect mods that give infractions that are needed. However, when they are not required, and a bullshit thing as is, then it comes down to the nitty gritty of them not doing their job correctly, which ultimately leads to demotion. Remember, the people are the government, not the government.

 

That was a PM I got after I infracted someone. In fact, I've got a long list of them in my PM box. Why would users appreciate getting infractions?

 

Its only common sense you grow a little detaste from someone that has either infracted you idioticly, or has gone out of there way to get you banned. I currently have a mod looking at my every move to get me banned anyways. So yes, i guess you could say that i despise people that give out infractions. Not because they are infractions, but because most of the time they are not even worthy of em.

Not really appreciate, but they respect it a little bit more if they are mature enough to realize they did wrong, and are able to admit it. Of course you have immature people that think they are always right.

 

I do find people to be more understanding with my infractions, and warnings. I don't think it has anything to do with disliked mod is the best and most hardworking. Its all a matter on how you treat people in my opinion.
