Explanation of the trade:
How they scammed: On 25/04 I gave chadley access to my account, I had a 114 m bank. Chadley said he took from the bank 50 m ( a deposit of the payment) but the screenshot of bank say after chadley took 50 m. I have only 34,5m so he took more than 50 m. After a week he asked me 15 m more for supplies. 2 days ago he said I log in on my account and selling stuff. The worker screened the ge they were 3 items selling, but not finished selling. I said them I didn’t went on the account since the service began. Once they said we will cancel the service because you thread us. I changed my password and went on the account, than I saw there is no items or coins to be collected in ge. So that means someone of them sold the items for the money. I did 3 services with BTS, they did 2 services successfully, but the last did happened. Think twice before you work with BTS. I am not the only one that this happened, caves of bp also had the same problem with them.

So basically, this guy has been nuisance since day one and always has a sort of exuse. Upon taking his first order, I was far too sketched out about him and it was annoying dealing with him, but I managed to do it. We had an agreement that he'd pay x amount before the service started and the remaining of the money in an upcoming day, and when that day came, he tried to lower the pricing upon agreeing to the normal price, so even there, I was kind enough to go down a couple of 10m's for him. But it doesn't stop there. A couple of days later, he tried to convince us that we got 5 defence xp on his account, which I talked to the worker about and they sent every picture, upon logging on from the account til that day. It had a bar below the skill so we was able to check if it already had xp or not which it did so I confronted him about it but he still went on and at last, i was finally done with all of the nuisance, so i logged out for a bit, went out for a bit of fresh air and came back and he was finally calm about it. Then he ordered service on another account while we had a service going on his originally first account which I told him was fine. The account was not bonded or anything, and same routine occured like the first account, and he still tried to lower the prices upon an agreement. So today, when the worker logged onto the account, it only had a d spear and 2 more items (seems to be a pk trip or something), and told me that they bought gear to train strength in nmz but it was all sold etc. Not only did he go all out attack on us, he's sitting there and threatening us that it's our fault and that we should compensate him but with the 3 items in his inventory, Personally, I'm suspecting him to be falsely lying to us to earn some money of out.

It's been the same worker on both of the accounts, and after the incident that happened with his account being hacked, a few hours later, the worker wrote to me that his original account, the first account he ordered with, had it's services finished just a few hours later. Now my thoughts are, why would the worker hack the bank mid way of the service after gaining so much xp, and not do it from the start? Especially when completing another account after hacking a bank as well...

Also, I would like to add, the account that had the service completed. It had "bts" within the password, and nothing happened. But the sercond account didnt have bts on it whatsoever, and it wasn't even bonded or anything, which means that he didn't even change that password. I'm suspecting that someone else other than us and him has access to the account.
I've demanded an email from him of showing us that he requested a password change upon ordering the service but as he refuses, makes it furtherly sketchy because he doesn't want to show his "personal email" which we've kindly told him to blurr out out or paint over it.

It means that he changed his password for his first account, but didn't do anything on his second account.

 

They didn’t gave my money back of the service and closed the ticket. Because last thing I said them is that I always wil post it on YouTube later. I paid for 99 str 99 range 75 att 75 def. I have proof that they trained 5 def xp on my pure. Think twice before you go for BTS service.

 

With all due respect, we tried coming up with a solution for all of this.

We offered to continue the account on behalf of our own cost and money in return of one thing and that would be a screenshot of you changing your password and paint/blurr over personal information. All we wanted is the email, as well as time stamp and date. You denied this and went over to show us your tax payments and whatnot which is not what we asked for so we decided to remove you from the ticket as we weren't getting anywhere in the ticket, so now we're waiting for Sythe's decision.

A quick suggestion to you, would be to start preparing your pictures of evidence, including the email that we've been asking for prior to our T.O.S.

 

You deleted the ticket to lose some good proof. I don’t ganna show you a single mail of my personal email. Not for you not for sythe. Because this isn’t a rule on your terms of working. You deleted the whole ticket and you asking me to prepare pictures of evidence? You scamming me if I paid for a service and you don’t complete it. The mail don’t have anything to do with the service you stopped. If someone paid something, you can’t say ask him something else in return of he’s Money. And you kept said my English is bad and go learn English and stuff like that. You seem to be a rasict and a scammer. Because you think I am a Turk don’t give you the right to talk about my English.

I removed you from the ticket due to not wanting to come up with a solution. We've spent 3 hours trying to solve but your ego went over your head so I put an end to all the spamming and notifications of irrelevant comments and flames.

 

You don’t want to solve the problem. Because you keep my money of the service. I paid for a service, you didn’t completed it. So you need to give me that money back. If you keep that money you are a scammer. Don’t ask me something extra for my money back please. You don’t get 1 mail of my personal email. Not you not sythe because you didn’t do that as a rule. 114 m was in my bank you said you took 50 m. But starting bank is only 34,5 m. You started the chaos. I still have a screen of stats bot on discord said in that week you guys got me 5 def xp on my pure, you forced me to say say we didn’t do that so I can complete your service. I did that so you finish my account. You showed me a picture of “your worker “ where he stands at ge and stuff being sold, when I logged in I don’t see that stuff or gp anymore. So that means the person who took that picture sold and collected that money.

You keeping my money? When I said I will make also later a YouTube video did that made you mad ? You not doing good to keep my money in your bank dude. Be sure I will post this also on other discord’s and forums. You guys don’t want solution. You guys don’t want to give my money back. I didn’t asked for extra. I asked only for my money

 

Hello yes chadley sended it in the ticket that my account had 114 m he said he ganna take 50 m but the bank than says there is only 34,5m. They removed the ticket

 

I also added 15 m to chadley. But the person that sold the items was more than 25 m stuff tells the history. The worker of chadley that took a screen of the ge was with 3 items that not sold all . When they said we stop the service I changed password and went on the account . Ge was than empty
