Kraken experience?

Been waiting to get verified for just tier 1 & 2 for a week now and it's still stuck on processing. Contacted customer support but no response in 3 days. Anyone had problems with kraken before?

Switched from Coinbase, because.. You know -_-

 

Kraken is shite imo, so laggy - you can't even close your positions or open new ones without lots of effort.

 

Bittrex was the best trading platform I've ever used personally, their support always gave me a real response within 24 hours.

Kraken I used but never had any issues with them so I never used their support.

 

Kraken is shit but it is, at the same time, the exchange I use the most. Not a lot of other exchanges have € fiat deposit and withdrawels.

 

Thanks, i'll take a look at Bittrex and see what it has to offer.

Yep that was also one of the reasons Kraken attracted me, but if the service is pure garbage i'll probably find an alternative, thanks.

 

Heard from multiple people that Bittrex disabled new accounts to be created btw. Not sure if thats still going on.

 

Poloniex and Bittrex are my top 2.
Polo stood well when other sites crashed in the past couple weeks.
However withdrawals on polo are only $2k per day for unverified.
Bittrex, without verification i have withdrawn like $7-8k.

Best thing you can do is wait out the Kraken verification process and then make a Binance account to actually trade on. So you use Kraken to transfer EUR to the exchange, then buy Ripple or something and pay like €0,10 to transfer it to your Binance account.
