    So, I could be buying two level 70's on the worst realm, with no gear and no gold for 200$?

    You're going to have to be a bit more specific. I guarantee you, if you say "selling level 80 mage" your character wont get banned. Blizzard doesn't work with Sythe and get the IPs of persons selling accounts so they can ban them, don't be so worried.
