Is there anything specific i need to know, if i was to purchase this? interested cuz im going to be working w/ Machinima soon, need to produce game play vids.

 

only thing you would need besides this is to download the software, which i believe you can get right off the there website, otherwise its found on the internet, and if your using it for xbox/ps3 etc. id advice buying component splitters, so you can split your audio and video cords, 1 going to the t.v. and 1 going to your computer to record, otherwise your golden, records h.d. works great for that, its a very nice recorder, one of the top rated, but thats cause the price says it all, well the orginal price, im offering to sell for almost half the price
