I think you are asking for way too much, you could get claws ingame for about 40m-70m max. And you can trade it for junk so you still have something of value to trade for your other items.

EDIT: I bought mine for 9 D plates (116M trade, 180M market), I doubt anyone is selling for less than 100M with junk trading

 

They are worth 70-100 street price, with junk.

And junk actually has resale value, like spec shields etc. If you want bh, you shouldn't be expecting more than half the street.
