OMM Help

So I'm currently buying a zerker, I Pmed "Hahanerd" (Official MM) and he said he would MM. Great.
So we were all set and ready, but I was having difficulties with my card. He said to hit him up once we were ready; and left the chat.
Finally I got things going, it was probably only 45 minutes after he left chat, I sent him the 25 Dollars he requested, and now the person I am trading with and I have been waiting for about an hour and a half for a response. We're getting restless, so we're wanting to use a different OMM; but I already paid hahanerd.
So if I cut the ties with hahanerd and pay a different OMM; Is hahanerd required by sythe rules to send me back my cash or not?

Yes he is, he must send a full refund. Are you sure it's not an imposter tho?

 

MM'ing is an independent service, so MM's can specify their own terms of service. For example, if he says in his thread that the fee is non-refundable even if the trade is incomplete, then he is within rights to keep it. If his terms are unstated, then I suppose it could go either way - technically, you would both be responsible for not being more explicit about the agreement.

It's really something you should speak with Hahanerd about.
