Reporting Abass.

Why am I reporting them? Well, here is the story:

Abass swapped a 9hp account to RS2Mart for his, RS2Mart then sold me the account for 15M and recovered his, Abass tried recovering the 9hp account that was in my possession and it was locked, I then got in contact with him and he unlocked it and admitted to recovering an account from RS2Mart with the 15M that I paid, RS2mart is banned and Abass is evading even offering to refund me or give the account back seeing as he is the original owner.

In theory I've already paid for the account since he has the money + account now.



















Wanted to swap accounts then pay 15M, when I said to bring in a MM he said he had to go yet continued to surf forums, post after he said he was going to bed.

Even bumped the thread he's selling the account on.

 

Nothing criminally alarming here, in my opinion.
