Clean up "Our Community"

    Clean up "Our Community"
    The "Our Community" section of the site is getting messier and messier as more threads are added.

    1. Some stickies in Community General should be combined, or unstuck (such as the meme one). The stickied thread list is getting to be really long.
    2. The suggestions forum currently has 12 pages of pending suggestions, where over half of them were denied. These should all be moved to the Denied Suggestions sub-section to keep it more clean.
    3. The Dispute a Ban or TWC section has 4 pages of threads, and most of them are locked. These could be moved to reduce clutter there, and keep it looking nice.

    Anyways, it's nothing major, and would probably just take a few minutes to do. But it would clean it up a bit.
