[Approved] Update stickied posts under https://www.sythe.org/runescape/runescape-gold-exchange/

The page is set up as if someone wrote this out in 2007 and left it to rot until now. It looks ugly/incomplete. Besides, a minority of people sells/buys gold using PayPal these days. There needs to be something about crypto/discord.

Two suggestions:

1. Edit the two stickied posts (they are mildly outdated). For instance, one of the two stickied posts says something about phone numbers on PayPal. That's outdated as far as I know.
2. Add a guide on trading with crypto/discord there (I'm sure it's somewhere on the forums, but it's not bad to post it here again). Make sure to include at least what double-spending is and how discord impostering works
