Unsure on how to build on my account..

Right well im currently at..

77 HP
99 Range
96 Mage
40 Defence
52 Prayer
40 Attack
40 Strength

Im unsure whether or not to get to 60 attack 90 str and then get +1cb or go for 70 defence and get 90cb.. help! Im just tired of pking at my level, nobody risks much and there's no profit in it for me.

EDIT: Current CB is 83

 

get 60 att atleast train str up , get void and 45 def , keep prayer or if u have money go for 95 for epic ownage
