Are you being serious or are you just kidding around? Because if you're being serious you're the stupidest noob ever. Because first of all Ned is an NPC not a player and second of all that's not even a scam. But I don't know if you were just kidding around or being serious so don't take the offense if you were kidding.

 

This because the thread works better in the forum it is currently posted in, however I thought the RS2 general forum might enjoy it.

That's how JaGeX keep GP in the Runescape economy; actually, on second thought, they probably keep all the GP NPCs scam off of newbies! Those bastards have been profiting off of us in ways we didn't even know.
