The octopus has predicted matches wrong before....

he actually went 8 for 8 in the world cup and thats what i was talking about...

Okay, well now that the World Cup is over, I've turned this thread to a free-for-all soccer discussion thread. Feel free to post here about anything soccer-related that is happening atm. You're more than welcome to post about the Golden Boot winner/Match MVP as well. Here's this week's topic:

Best team of La Liga?

Best team of English Premier League?

Why?

[Santee]

La Liga : Barcelona

Enlgish Premier : Umm dont watch that much.

Why? Because barcelona has good chemistry Messi is good because of the players around him in the club. dont get me wrong im born in argentina and a hugee argentine soccer fan and messi is in my opinion the best current player... but he is this because of his skills plus the team's skills. so Barcelona +1. If Madrid had the chemistry that Barcelona has, they would be by far a better team because of the skill

You all choose teams which have never won it or come to semi finals? Other than England.

being Realistic and actually knowing about "soccer" I can tell you that its between

Italy and France.

I'll even make a bet.

I LOVE IRONY!!
