unlock sprint iphone(will pay)

Bought a i-phone but turns out its locked. Went in-store and they said owner is still paying it off but I can still use it with them if I want...

Pretty sure these websites are fake so if anyone knows how or can do it let me know

I can paypal or 07gp, middleman of course but I can pay the fee

impossible, you have to get the original owner to unlock it for you, or they can remotely wipe the phone, idk how that works though.

Well if anyone knows id be willing to pay. They said I could only use sprint now even though I had everything set up for verizon. FML

Not sure if this is allowed but ESN changes can be made although it isn't legal.
