Unique or dumb account build?

So, I was wondering if I should have a dh’er account with veng ofc, but here comes the question.

Is it more unique/better letting the account stay 1 prayer or should I go for piety and gain 8 levels more?

What are your thoughts?

 

get 31 prayer atleast, there is videos on youtube of such builds.

True. 31 wouldn't be bad. Piety puts it to high in my opinion
