Unique account build PC

[PrayerKid]

So basically i'm working on a VERY unique build that was created due to the fact i'v only EVER seen one of these accounts on RS and it was in a video.

The account will have 60 att 20 str and 99 defense with 60 hp

Trying to get an estimate on a flat price for the account whenever I finish the build.

Thanks!
