Explanation of the trade: co-owner trying to quit then tries to take down my services the best way he can.
How they scammed: Deleting valuable information for no reason, telling me that i am a scammer.

We got into an argument. I tried to de-escalate it however unfortunately we are here. We had some money together on a combined blockchain account, he already withdrew his part of the blockchain which can be seen here:

So this guy unfortunately wanted to leave, i told him that was fine and was giving back his deposit in 2 weeks which he agreed to first himself. However after he found it necessary to call me a "scammer" because i did not trade it instantly. He went to our gmail and deleted all our spreadsheets which really important information about services and gold selling. Which contains a lot of valuable information and is now forever lost. Now he is threatening to take down the discord.

I was trying to be nice here and give back his deposit, however i am not sure what is to be done here. There has been damage done, and he is holding payments of workers, furthermore he deleted all the sheets so therefore we cannot track anything of what he took.

Any of the mods would be able to help out in this situation? I am kind of clueless of what to do here.

Hey

i would like to add to the report that i am trying to reach @Kaesar and try to work everything out with him to still give his deposit back and sort the money that he owes me, and the money that i still owe him.

However he has blocked me on discord, an when we made a group chat to work out solutions together with @Andy he left as well which can be seen here:



so therefore i cannot discuss anything to be honest. It seems like he is trying his best to get the most money out of me, which does not make sense in any way.
We have both contacted @video and he told us that we need to work it out together as well

@Kaesar can you add me on discord again so we can work it out, instead of avoiding me?
