Appealing a "Spam infraction"

Hi there, recently (Yesterday i think?) i recieved another infraction. This is the second one in 2 days, and the only 2 i have ever had.
Both infractions are from spam.
Last infraction, yeah fair enough i bumped, i took it on the chin and accepted i shouldnt bump threads unless they are like on page 10 or whatever.
However this spam infraction was from a double post. Now i know what your thinking, stupid fag double posting go read the rules!
But i PURPOSELY stated "Sorry for double post" yet i still got an infraction for spamming? Im not sure if you actually read the post just saw i posted twice and infracted me.
Anyway id like you to consider this and hopefully remove this infraction.
