I didn't mention that in my pardon because in all honesty I didn't remember this & I wasn't on Sythe at the time of the ninja. Really I didn't know stuff like that in-game mattered & if it makes the situation any better i did split it with my friend that was in the raid with me. The people that reported me probably is a guy from a old clan on Runescape that RAIDED WITH US AFTER THE FACT. I've gained 3 or 4 vouches one being a $150 account sale with no issues. I've really waited patiently for this unban and I get banned for something that literally didn't cross my mind at the time of the appeals. Could I atleast have a TWC?

I am, although it was a two way split between me & a friend like It's a complicated situation. The user that's reported me continued to raid with us afterwards, he was aware of the situation there was a altercation recently I'm assuming he's dug up something on me that happened in-game after reaping the benefits from it.
Is it possible I could receive a TWC during the repayment process? I'm currently still finishing orders for some of my customers & I intend on completing them, I've received vouches in the past week I've been unbanned.
