Eldorado.gg banned Me Without Any Reason

Hey everyone,

I’ve been selling on Eldorado From this Name Luxury__Store for about a year and built my account up to 1700+ positive reviews with zero negative feedback. I’ve also done over $100,000 in total sales and paid around $15k–$20k in commission to the platform.

A couple of days ago, everything was running as usual, but out of nowhere I received a notification that my account had been permanently s&spended.

I submitted an appeal right away, but it’s been 2 days with no response. When I reached out through live chat, I was told they can s&spend accounts without giving a reason and that the decision is final.

I’m honestly confused because I’ve always followed the rules and never had any issues before. If anyone has experienced something similar or has any advice on what I can do next, I’d really appreciate it. I’m also willing to provide any proof if needed.

I’ve relied on this store for a long time, so it’s really hard to see all that time and effort go to waste like this.
