Underpaid by Site gamerall.com (king tijn 2)

Hello.
I received a promise of $1.95 per key via bitcoin so I proceeded to sell them 38 keys for 74.10 USD which I confirmed with them.
I sent the key then they said they would send 0.17 BTC which is basically 70.59 USD NOT 74.10 USD.
I understand this is not a significant difference, but they are basically underpaying quite a bit for each key for CS:GO.

They said they would send 0.17 so I therefore checked and told them 0.17 does not = 74.10 and that I expected to receive the full 74.10 USD I am supposed to receive. They said okay and so I waited for the payment.

It finally appeared in my wallet and I checked to see that they sent 0.17 BTC which = $92.40 CAD which = to 70.59 USD as of today at 6am.

This is not a rant about not receiving those few dollars, but I feel cheated and lied to basically which makes it feel dirty not receiving those few dollars if that makes any sense.

I have a video of the entire transaction and due to using a free program I only got to where the btc transaction came in.

I will be uploading this video, but the mod in charge of the dispute please PM me for it since there is some private info on there so I wouldn't want to just post it here.

The person I talked to was Mao who worked under King Tijn 2 as shown in the video.

After the video they offered me to send me the keys back if I send the refund when I mentioned I will be reporting this on Sythe. I did not accept this since it 100% just felt like they were covering up their tracks so I would just take my keys back and not post a report about the underpayment.

 

BTC is unfortunately a difficult payment method as the currency is quite volatile and every changing. Personally, as someone who deals with BTC a reasonable amount with donations, I often get a few cents paid over or under. It's normally just a nature of the currency.

Personally, if what you're claiming here is a $0.51 payment, I don't think the staff should be required to enforce it, however I'll hear other opinions to make sure.

EDIT: Misread the thread, it's more or less $4.

I wouldn't mind if it was $0.51, but it was 74.10 the original amount I was supposed to receive vs 70.59 which I received at the end. Which is a $3.51 difference at the time.

Like if nothing else if they don't want to send the rest it's all fine, but I at least want them to admit it. That's all.

 

Yeah I misread the numbers at first and edited my post accordingly. I can understand a few cents due to the nature of the currency but $3.50 is probably his efforts at being a little cheeky.

Regardless, messaged him for a response.

It's because bitcoin prices are higher in China. They sent you $74.10 on their end but on your end it comes out to less. They also offered to refund you. In the future, you can specify how much BTC you are to receive per key, not how much USD, and there won't be any confusion.

If you're truly unhappy with this outcome, take the refund
