    Underbanners and Items
    How do you get those items by themself in underbanners and sigs? Without the background.

    And how do u make an animated Gif? For example the firecape one.

    Underbanners and Items
    Photoshop usually, using the magic wand tool to get rid of the background, and it's add-on program ImageReady to animate it. :)
