A VCC is a Virtual Credit Card that is used to a PayPal account. The PayPal account can be from any country. The VCC can also be used on other Payment websites that require a Credit Card.
-The VCC comes loaded with $2 for the Verification Process.
-Price: $9 for U.S/Canadian PayPal accounts and $10 For European/Any other PayPal.
-Payment Method: PayPal/Alertpay.
