Is my IP blocked from Sythe?

Well, first of all, I didn't know exactly where to post this, so I just posted here as admins usually don't answer me when I PM them.

I am posting from a proxy right now, because Sythe doesn't work for me. It hasn't worked for 3 days now. I now that I am not banned. I just want to know if I'm IP blocked for some reason?
When I go to "www.sythe.org" while not in a proxy, "Oops! This link appears broken" comes up after a few second of waiting. I think I have tried everything to get it to work, I just don't know what the problem is. I am using Google Chrome, but it didn't work in Internet Explorer either.
Should I try clearing my cache or something? Does anybody have a suggestion? Or maybe a moderator knows what's wrong?
