ok i am rs power trainer and i got banned wrongfully

ok i am rs power trainer and i was wrongfully banned for it wasnt even me that did all the stuff on the account my computer had been hacked by a keylogger and they took all my stuff and it took me a while to get it all back in order and when i came back to sythe and tried to log in it said u have been banned for the following reason:scamming date ban will be lifted: never and i was like wtf and then after that i made a new sythe acc and it got banned for ban evading and now i am trying to get my old sythe which is rs power trainer unbanned and if you guys dont believe me then i guess i tried but i sware that it was not me that got it banned i seriously did get keylogged and they took everything including my runescape accounts so yeah it wasnt even my fault thanks sythe and i hope i get unbanned
