About Ban Evaded

is there anyway that i can get back my account ?
because my pedrikau was banned because of [BAN EVASION] on capegsan06
which is because i make account just to post a request/dispute about my pjforum - my pjforum got banned because of excessive bumping.. and my pedrikau was banned also because of [BAN EVASION] which is when there's a guy wanted to buy a CS:GO from me.. and he wants to ask that i go first. and that's sucks because he doesn't have steamreps. and he wants me to go first.. me i got over 300+reps..

Why chocoley16 is also got banned ? video says that multiple accounts i THINK ahm..

when he banned pedrikau for banned evasion when my brother refresh his thread he also got banned because of pedrikau..

Like I said last time you can stay banned you made an account when you were temp banned.
