Balendor's Ban!

Okay i got banned because of i never payed Slave of jah but he wasn't on for ages!!! well i saw that he has still been on..so i was wondering if i could be un-banned but be banned from the market? until i talk to him and work out with him? THen once that happens then i will get a middle man and trade with Slave of Jah the account! and will post screenshots as well...that way there is proof that i did trade..and then i can be un-banned from the market..because he is never on msn..so this is pretty much the only way i can contact him??

But my only concern is what if he isn't on for another month? but i have the payment cause i still think its wrong the fact he wasn't on for litreally two months...until out of nowhere....but i do feel that i have to pay him..so may i be unbanned and everything or something and have the account ready for him..and show it to a mod or something..notifing that i have the account then when i can actually tlak to him i can give him the account? and then be un-banned for good? cause i had a clean slate until that happen...
