I really shouldn't have gotten an infraction for that. Just my opinion.

I posted a rather short message on this guy's thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=644095 then received an infraction almost immediately, while I was making my way to edit it. All I said was, "lol, you're gay" for making this thread, and i was using gay in the semi-joking idiomatic sense. The message was short for humor purposes and disregard for the completely bogus thread. IMO, the thread should be locked, and any and all posts inside it should be disregarded. This guy was making himself out to be something he wasn't, which I later realized, so I edited the post I had made. Badger191 infracted me almost instantly which I thought was somewhat unfair because I immediately edited the post into something more constructive.

You made the post at 10:55am and received the infraction at 7:12pm. Not sure I'd call that immediate.

I'd agree that you shouldn't be infracted for what is currently posted, but I didn't see what was there originally. And the op of that thread is a tool.

I don't think it's going to be reversed. You can wait for badger though.

Eh do what you wish just keep in mind I was making a bit of a joke on the stupid op. Does it matter if the 3 people who looked at that thread were horribly scarred by the words LOL ur gay before it was edited? IMO no but go ahead and do your job.

I know, but it was edited.....whatever. I don't see how a statement can be counted as spam if it's undeniably true. He was gay. In the idiomatic sense. I'm certainly not making posts to raise my postcount when it's at like 700ish. whatever
