I understand what you're saying, but as I said before, it's simply not true.

Whatever evidence is shown, it may suggest things, but when it's not true, it hurts me for people to mistake it as being true.

Unban me, give me a TWC, I don't mind. You can keep a close eye on me, read my private messages every now and then, watch my account activity, get my customers to record our MSN convos - whatever it takes to allow myself back into the community, I'll agree.

This community is a massive part of my business and without it, it has been hectic.

I'm afraid firstly, your appeal has already been denied, secondly, special privileges aren't given to anyone, no matter their importance to the community.

 

As for reverting the user's email: you obviously kind of did since your email magically became the alternate. Since you claim you resolved it with him (and therefore aren't accusing him of faking the screenshot), this discussion is kind of a waste of time.
