Regarding BBBs pardon - Part 2

Was there just lack of evidence from my side, or did you actually pardon iZinC even without making him pay the current debts to me? Even though it is impossible to work out the value of the 30% equity he stole from me, but on top of that, he still owes $1200ish for the administration costs in Bigboibets and he still has not re-paid me for the 1b 07 case.

iZinC never got banned for scamming Unb4nn3d. iZinC got banned for scamming me, which means that this has definitely not been dealt with yet.

Also, I find it ridiculous that you even give somebody a second chance who has done the following:
-Scammed, not refunded
-Blackhat activity (attempted DDoS attacks & negative search engine optimization to over 5 competitor sites)
-Social engineering a hosting company of a competitor site (mine) just 2 months ago
-Lying and denying all the DDoS accusations in a Sythe post 2 months ago

Do you really believe that he has "changed" that much in 2 months? I'd seriously recommend you to reconsider this case.
