Ultimate guide to surviving at [-Fist of Guthix-]

Hello and Welcome to the Fist of Guthix survival Guide!!!

This guide will teach you some advanced tactics at the minigame of Fist of Guthix, that will aid you to win. I will mostly be covering the "Hunted" role, as the "Hunter" role is pretty intuitive.
Note that this guide won't assure you 100% win


Equipment

There are several ways to play FOG, i will be using Melee.
-The items inside the RED square should always be on.
-The items inside the BLUE Square should be swapped conveniently.

Hunter

Hunter is the easy part, basically get your Special attack ready, and rush to the Center of the map, if you can't find you target, this means he is on the Edge of the map. If this happens, run to the edge, and keep running in a circle motion across the map edge, untill you find your target.



The RED arrows on my minimap are the path you should follow.


Hunted

This is the tough part, swap between you armour depending on what style the hunter uses.

To start, Rush to the center of the map. When you see your opponent coming forwards you, run to the closest hut, but make sure the hunter is as close as possible to you. (If this implies getting anciented, just get in the hut.)
Once inside the hut, you WILL be taking damage, and WILL NOT get charges, just teleport to another hut, as far as possible from the center.
Get outside it, and walk a square away, this will prevent the opponent to see you on his minimap, if he's on the center.



-The red Squares are the safe spots.

Eventually, the hunter will find you (BLUE arrow) don't panick, just get inside the hut again, but DON'T teleport, wait untill the hunter leaves, then get back to the safe spot.

-Keep repeating this sequence, changing hut if necessary, and using bandages if necessary, eventually you will run low on hp. Time to run to the edge.



-RED arrows means the path you must take.
-BLUE arrows means where the hunter comes from.

At this point, run around a rock, trying to avoid getting hit, and using prayer.
Runnin to the center will make you recieve more damage, and get you killed faster.
Just try to stand as long as possible here.
If done correctly, you should have more charges than the hunter does.

Looks quite good, try adding stuff for ancients and tips the prey can do.

Ex:
You can do a special attack and do dmg as the prey, Also, Seercull's special attack lowers mage and such.

 

good for me as im mellee.

but other people may want to know other attacking strategies.

Ok thanks for the tips, i'll try adding strategies for magers and rangers, but i'm pretty weak there, so it may take a bit of time
