    ericcc1029 is a scammer

    there are many things wrong with this guy's report and i will list in bullet points why i am falsely banned. I will briefly summarize what happened to this trade.

    summary: Sold him the card quick and simple. He then realizes he cannot resell for a higher price on a giftcard selling website without the physical card. He asks for a refund which i say no to. I wasnt planning on buying anything and I didn't think it would be smart to keep $100 sitting around when somebody else knows the codes. I ensured him I would not use it since he said he was going to try to sell to someone else. He sold it to someone else now and he got this error when purchasing something.     1. He claims i "voided" the card which is literally impossible to do.

    when u purchase a gift card there is literally nothing you can do to cancel, transfer, or get your money back.

    2. I found a footlocker review with a person that was having the same problem.

    As you can see in the picture this person also received the same error that our friend did. It is clear that this is a common error people do get. (not just when their giftcard was "voided" lol) Another thing to note in the review is the fact that this person called their bank and was confirmed the transaction went through successfully and they were charged.

    This person tried buying something worth more than $100, used another form of payment to pay the rest after $100 was discounted and got the same error the person in the review did. The reason the giftcard comes up as $0 is because when other people have gotten this error the transaction was "successful" and they were charged.

    ***Another thing to think about***
    if the giftcard had a 0 balance when this guy was attempting to buy something dont you think he would have messaged sneaky fish about it having a 0 balance before purchasing something?

    If he attempted to purchase something that confirms the card did indeed have a $100 balance at the time of the purchase.

    He should be trying to fix this error with footlocker instead of trying to get me banned lmao

    You need to contact Foot Locker via phone/email and ask when it was redeemed. Only way we can truly know who and when they redeemed it.

    I actually took care of this myself cuz I'm just a great guy (ty) and the representative told me the card was used to make an online purchase on February 8th but beyond that they can't provide any additional info. All we know then is that furreal didn't use it but we don't know who did so I'm going to have to unban and have this be a lesson to anyone trying to resell gift cards that you need to check/redeem them first yourself otherwise it gets really messy
