Activating iTunes vouchers?

Got 2x twenty dollar vouchers for itunes of a mate, but says they have to be activated at a checkout or something before use. Is there a way I can activate them on the net some how? PM me if you know a way and I can give something in return.

Just read what iTunes tells you. Sounds like they were never activated at the counter.. maybe shoplifted? If you've got a receipt with the codes on them I'd suggest retyping those codes and failing that, contacting their customer support over a mishap.

 

Why download music illegally and let the music business go down?

Yeah, I will have a chat to him. Won't be stolen he's definitely not that sort of person.

 

Someone stole those cards.

iTunes giftcards must be activated at the store's cashier checkout before usage is available on iTunes.

If they are legitimate, then call Apple and ask them to resolve the issue.

 

If the iTunes card needs to be activated at a register, either Apple made a mistake or you never bought it. You could try going to the store where it was gotten from and just scan it and walk out when nobody's looking :O Unless you can hack into Apple's network and make it said you paid for the cards, their probably useless.
