"I haven't had contact from the guy who was scammed in days."

I've not received any information from him yet, nor seen him on MSN either. I need to know whether he will be refunded or not, which he should be, and proof thereof.

I'm not quite sure what's gonna happen here. I honestly don't see any point in keeping you banned. If he's unwilling to provide proof that his bank refunded him, then I would like to see you unbanned since this isn't even your fault.

I agree. It's kind of by respect for the scammed user (+not to have it happen again) that we ban people scamming. But when the scammed user doesn't show any form of respect or willingness to help Alex, we shouldn't respect him.

If the scammed user isn't cooperating, then I think Unb4nn3d should be unbanned (always wanted to say that).
