Unb4nn3d scammed me $4

Briefly explain the trade: Paid 18m for him to obtain a torso/hat on my account
How they scammed: Asked for refund, he completed torso but not the fighter hat which was 8m rsgp, he refused to refund me.

First off let me say this, I don't wish to see alex banned, but just give me a refund, it was only 8m rsgp, which I will take $4 for as he says he got "scammed" the gold I gave him doing the dice game.

He says I violated his TOS, by changing the password to my account, which I did before I asked for a refund incase he decided to steal my shit, was a safety measure for me, it only wasted half a day.
He had SIX days to complete my order, minus half a day because I wouldn't let him on. I never logged on my account except to check the progress he made, then immediately logged off.
I never agreed to his ToS nor did he ask me to accept them in the first place.


Here are the pictures of the dates of when I asked him to start the torso,
as you can see I asked him on 4-11-11 which was 6 days ago,
I did change the password one time during this and immediately asked for a refund,
I changed the password before I asked for a refund incase he got mad and decided to steal everything I left on my account.

Here is the msn convo that shows he won't refund me, he still wishes to complete the service he owes me, but I no longer trust him on my accounts, as I believe he will just steal my shit/fuck up my zerker since i'm report him now.
