Unable to upload GIF avatar

I am trying to upload the below avatar:



And seem to be getting the following error:



If anyone would be able to help with this that would be appreciated!

I have also re-set the size to 80x80

 

Just a friendly reminder, you posted this in the incorrect section. For future reference, you should have posted this here: Graphics Resources and Discussion

So when it says “size” it’s not referring to the width x length, it’s actually referring to the file size. You should reach out to your designer or you can utilize ezgif.com (optimizer)
