Unable to create account

I am unable to create an account here. When I do, it redirects me to the addmember page, but it's blank and doesn't register.

I've been trying to create an account via my iPhone for days, but whenever I do, it redirects me to the addmember page and it's blank. I've recently got a new computer and decide to try again, this time I get the error above. I've tried recovering the account with the one I've registered with, but it says it is not recognized. I've tried all 3 emails I own to no avail.
