I Cannot post on my real IP Here as it says i need an account, also i dont want to type my IP Here incase someone DDoS it

Does a Staff member i can talk to have a Skype i can add to try and resolve this issue?

 

You make a dispute with your home IP, not a proxy. Only staff can see your IP.

 

How on earth can i Make a dispute with my Home address when it says i need to log in to make a dispute..

Please Explain, because when it says " Click here to make a dispute " it says " Login " so i try and log in and it says IP Banned.
